Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Longevity Concierge application ("Service"), including the Telegram Mini App and Telegram bot (@longevity_coach_bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Longevity Concierge is a health and wellness tracking application that provides:

  • Nutrition tracking with AI-powered meal analysis
  • Blood test scanning and AI interpretation
  • Activity and workout tracking
  • Water intake monitoring
  • Health metrics tracking (weight, blood pressure, sleep, mood)
  • Personalized AI-powered recommendations from three virtual experts
  • Health reports and longevity scoring

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • You must have a valid Telegram account
  • You must provide accurate information during registration

4. User Account

Your account is created automatically via Telegram authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
  • Providing accurate profile information
  • All activity that occurs under your account

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Tier

  • Basic food logging (limited entries per day)
  • Water tracking
  • Limited AI chat (5 messages per day)
  • Basic dashboard

5.2 Premium Tier

  • Unlimited food photo scanning
  • Unlimited AI chat with all three expert personas
  • Blood test scanning and interpretation
  • Daily and weekly health reports
  • Full biohacking protocols
  • Data export

5.3 Payment

  • Payments are processed via Telegram Stars
  • Subscription renews monthly unless cancelled
  • Prices are displayed in Telegram Stars at the time of purchase

6. Free Trial

  • New users may receive a free trial of Premium features
  • One trial per Telegram user ID (lifetime)
  • After trial expiration, access reverts to Free tier unless upgraded
  • No payment information required for the trial

7. Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days: Full refund, no questions asked
  • 7–30 days: Refund considered on a case-by-case basis
  • After 30 days: No refund (Telegram platform limitation)

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
  • Upload malicious content or files
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
  • Share your subscription access with others
  • Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is owned by us
  • You retain ownership of your personal data and health records
  • AI-generated content (interpretations, recommendations) is provided under license for your personal use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content

10. Medical Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All AI-generated interpretations and recommendations are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. See our full Medical Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the Service's recommendations
  • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or errors in AI-generated content
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

12. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uptime
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate the Service with reasonable notice

13. Account Termination

  • By you: You may delete your account at any time via Settings. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:

  • The version number will be incremented
  • You will be notified and asked to re-accept the updated Terms
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the user's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
